Q: What size is right for me?
A: Here's a sizing chart:

Small: Up to 5'6" (167.5cm)
Medium: 5'7" - 6'1" (170cm - 185.5cm)
Large: Above 6'1" (185.5cm)

Q: Is a Tailsaver worn under or over my snowboard pants?
A: You wear your Tailsaver underneath your snowboard pants, otherwise you'd look a bit silly.

Q: I live in the USA. How long does shipping take?
A: All shipping is done with UPS Ground so please allow at least a week for shipping if you're on the east coast and slightly less if you're out west.

Q: I live in Australia. How long does shipping take?
A: All shipping is done with Australia Post so please allow at least a week for shipping if you're on the west coast and slightly less if you're on the east.

Q: Do the clips dig into your back?
A: Nope, the sit flush against your waist line. The clips are actually quite slim.

Q: What material is the Tailsaver made out of?
A: We make Tailsavers out of a firm yet soft, light weight high impact foam that will never lose it's protective cushioning.

Q: Can I wash my Tailsaver?
A: Yes, give it a rinse in the sink or shower with some soap. Don't use any harsh chemicals or it will eat away the foam.

Q: My Tailsaver doesn't cover my whole butt, should it?
A: No, the main injury for beginner snowboarders is to the tailbone, or cocyx bone. Your cheeks will be fine.
